Automatic Flood Alarm With Auto dialler

This hard wired flood alarm with battery back up comes with an external hard wired sensor which can be located on the property or at a reasonable distance to give greater warning of rising flood water and an impending flood. Once activated by the flood sensor the alarm sounds within the property but also starts the auotdialer with a sequence of dialing up to five telephone numbers to give notice that the alarm has been activated.

The alarm system includes a ‘panic’ facility to autodial for assistance should it be required. The system is simple to use and install and can be supplied with remote sensors if required.

The standard system includes the following:-
Alarm and autodialer unit, mains transformer, UK telephone connection cable, external flood sensor unit with 5m connection cable, full instructions for fitting and set up.

'SMART' Air Brick

Where ‘flash floods’occur the Smart air brick replaces existing air bricks giving the benefit of ventilation with protection from flooding.

The smart air brick closes automatically against floodwater and reopens when the flood subsides it also provides cavity access. Unlike other air brick protectors which have to be fitted in time and as importantly must be removed to prevent dry rot these work automatically.

Quick and simple for a proficient DIYer to fit below a standard front or back door threshold with minimum 90mm clear reveal either side of the door opening.
