As the first stage of our survey we need to gather as much information as possible.

You probably know more than anyone about what happened when your property flooded or threatened to flood.  With the benefit of this information our surveyor will then inspect your property with the aim of recommending the most cost-effective means to minimise the effect of future flooding on your property and possessions. 

We know flooding can be extremely traumatic and want to ensure that we recommend solutions to give you maximum protection. 

As you know flooding can be complex and floodwater may arise from many sources sometimes all at the same time, so we need to be completely sure that we address everything in such circumstances.
